Happiness
is
pleasure
Our job is to continually align experiences and expectations. People have jobs to do.
We design products and services to remove friction and enable the right action at the right time. When people are in harmony with their tools, they are in flow, a balanced state of needs and wants.
…and
purpose
People want the work they do to matter. We design meaningful product experiences by connecting the dots between work goals and personal ones.
When we design for pleasure and purpose, Business performs better. People are happier. Work gets done.
Happiness
is tangible
Happiness shows up in productivity scores, recruitment and referrals, adoption and retention. The bottom line is that happiness drives the bottom line.
